Key Questions
Quick answers
Everything you need to know before joining the movement.
What happens after I complete the interview?
Once you've completed the interview, expect a notification from us within 3-5 business days.
How are participants selected?
Selection begins with your screening interview and continues throughout the program.
Advancement is based on your commitment, progress, and performance at each stage, with top participants moving into the final FRP-03 cohort.
Do I join the full FRP-03 cohort immediately?
No. FRP-03 is a multi-stage program.
All selected applicants begin with initial training to validate ideas and demonstrate commitment.
Top-performing participants then advance into the final FRP-03 cohort for deeper launch support.
In short: You earn your way into the full cohort by building and making progress.
How much time is required each week?
15-20 hours per week. The program is designed to be intensive but manageable alongside work or study commitments.
Is there a cost to participate?
Sponsorship is available for those who cannot afford the training. Cost should not be a barrier to entry.
Is the program fully remote?
Yes, 100% virtual. All you need is a mobile device with internet access.
Will I receive capital for my business idea by going through the program?
Participation in the Founder Readiness Program (FRP) [or CLA Arise Readiness pilot] does not guarantee funding or capital for your business idea.
The program is designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs build the clarity, readiness, and execution capacity needed to develop sustainable ventures. Participants who demonstrate strong commitment and progress toward problem-solution fit become eligible for future support opportunities, including potential access to capital initiatives.
Our belief is that capital should follow demonstrated readiness and execution—not ideas alone.
This is a selective cohort
FRP-03 has limited capacity by design. Every seat is earned. Don’t miss yours.
