OLUWAKEMI OYEDELE

Oluwakemi Oyedele, also known as Chef Rukems, started her culinary journey as a young girl who loved good food. She was inspired by the lively food vendors in her community. Over time, she improved her skills through training and experience, earning certificates in hospitality management and cuisine mastery. Throughout her career, Oluwakemi has worked with non-governmental organizations as a catering instructor and served as a private chef for many families. However, her true passion lies in sharing her love for cooking and making a positive impact in her community.

In 2021, Oluwakemi created her own line of food seasonings to add a special touch to her dishes and enhance their flavors. Now, she is ready to take the next step and fulfill her dream of opening a restaurant and launching an affordable online Culinary Institute. Her goal is to provide quality meals and accessible culinary education to aspiring chefs, regardless of their financial limitations. However, Oluwakemi faces challenges in obtaining the necessary equipment and finances to start her business. She hopes that with the support and exposure provided by Africa 2100, she can turn this dream into reality and spread the joy of cooking and sharing love through food to more people worldwide.
