Zarawu Jibril

Zarawu Jibril, driven by a passion for entrepreneurship since college, faced challenges like limited capital and a reluctance to take loans. After the loss of her brother, she was motivated to support her family and focused on trading accessories, recognizing its growth potential.

Zarah envisions owning a retail and wholesale accessories shop, expanding her business, and training aspiring entrepreneurs. She also aims to support individuals in vulnerable situations. Through Africa 2100, Zarah gains mentorship, resources, and strategies to build a sustainable brand, improve logistics, and attract bulk buyers, helping her achieve her business goals and positively impact her community.

Edith Joseph

Edith Joseph is inspired by family teachings, cultural diversity, and her social environment, shaping her values of continuous growth and making positive changes. Her vision is to build healthy communities and create accessible, innovative health and wellness products. She aims to help people adopt healthy habits, prevent lifestyle-related diseases, and improve well-being using locally sourced fruits, vegetables, and grains.

Currently, Edith faces challenges due to limited facilities, equipment, and funding. She believes these obstacles can be overcome through access to resources, mentorship, partnerships, and platforms for advocacy and awareness.

Joseph Mensah

Joseph Mensah is a passionate entrepreneur and leader of Cozy Crumb Bakery, committed to driving positive change in communities. With ambitions to grow his bakery into one of Ghana’s leading companies, Joseph values the importance of mentorship and business coaching.
He seeks guidance from Africa 2100 to help him achieve this goal, believing that their support will be instrumental in his journey to success.

Collince Ouma Migire

Collince Ouma Migire is a dedicated entrepreneur from Homa Bay County, Kenya, now residing in Voi. After a career as a plant operator was disrupted by the pandemic, Collince shifted his focus to furniture refurbishment, transforming discarded items into high-quality, affordable pieces.

Starting small, he founded OUS Furnitures, which now employs a small team, including apprentices. His vision includes establishing modern workshops that also serve as free training centers for vulnerable community members. Despite challenges with resources, Collince is committed to sustainable craftsmanship and skill-building within his community.

Juddy Muema

Juddy Muema is a dedicated entrepreneur in the household sector, focused on uplifting her community in Eastern Kenya. From her modest beginnings, she has built a strong online business, with aspirations for a physical storefront that will create employment opportunities and foster a welcoming environment for clients.

With Africa 2100’s support, Juddy is excited to scale her business and expand her influence across East Africa. Her love of photography and novels reflects her creativity and drive, marking her as a resourceful, ambitious leader committed to meaningful impact.
