Overview

Members of the Africa Twenty One Hundred community have an opportunity to develop, refine and iterate their business ideas. They are exposed to, as well as directly engage with, seasoned entrepreneurs, business experts, coaches and experienced mentors. They will be introduced to new ways of thinking and problem solving, learning content from industry experts and leaders, and foster a community of like-minded peers. The business training will also include fundamental business topics such as operations, marketing, finance and sales.

Foundation Readiness Program

The Foundation Readiness Program is a 12-weeks hands on and interactive training program that prepares each person to jumpstart their business idea and includes:
  1. In-person and online training for 12 weeks
  2. Coaching feedback and interactions on a weekly basis
  3. Individual mentor assignment with bi-weekly engagements
  4. 3 masterclass sessions conducted by accomplished guests
  5. Participation in A2100 sponsored monthly community events
  6. Opportunity to pitch your business idea to an audience of potential sponsors/investors
They will walk away from the experience with:
  1. Increased confidence and ability to fully execute their startup venture
  2. Detailed action plan for bringing their business idea to life, as well as readiness to execute
  3. Acquired skills, toolset, and mindset for the creation and build of their business enterprise
  4. Lifelong relationships and connections with seasoned business mentors and colleagues
  5. Fulfilled pledge to enable Africa realize its future potential
  6. Free business training and support

Entrepreneur Community Offerings

Africa Twenty-One Hundred offers programming to our member community, those not yet selected for the FRP. These offerings are offered concurrently with the FRP program
 
The offerings include:
  1. Access to a limited version of the virtual online training module for 12 weeks
  2. Webinar events and other A2100-sponsored monthly community events
  3. In-person audience participation, observation, and networking at local FRP events
  4. Continued interaction and participation within the Africa 2100 Community
